FKK Corporation (hereinafter the “Company”) has drafted this privacy notice pursuant to article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, in order to advise you on the purposes and modalities of processing of the personal data that you may provide during the navigation of this website (hereinafter the “Website”).
We would like to point out that this privacy notice refers exclusively to the Website and not to third-party websites that the User may access via links herein.
CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation dataInformation systems and software procedures used to operate the Website acquire, during the normal course of their operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This concerns information that is not collected in order to be associated with specific identified data subjects, but, by their own very nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
