Breakdowns are rare on FKK products, in such rare cases, it can happen that one of our engineers cross all the country by Shinkansen (Japanese high speed train) to change the faulty component, the small LED that would have broke down. Your satisfaction is our first priority.

The Group implementing the philosophy of continuous improvement, which implies the involvement of all the members and a system of quality management.

The methods use for research ranging from the quality program coordination and supervision of management systems training in quality. Similarly, the constant checking and control of every process ensure a perfect service quality.We achieve this trought the Japanese management system of 5S.

• Seiri (Rid) - Clear the workspace of unnecessary things. The workspace clear, it is easier to find what you really need. In addition, the lack of distractions contribute to the accomplishment of work.

• Seiton (Order) - A system that is focused on simplifying the order process. A place for everything and everything in its place. The workspace is arranged so as to avoid loss of time and energy.

• Seiso (Clean) - Once the work area clear (Seiri) and ordered (Seiton), it is much easier to clean. The process is put into practice every day, employees are cleaning themselves and by this way learn respect their work space.

• Seiketsu (Make clear / Maintain cleanliness) - The order and cleanliness are maintained daily. Employees are trained to be polyvalent, so more people are able to perform various tasks and ready to fill more roles within the organization. This is useful when team members are sick or absent.

• Shitsuke (Be careful) - When applied to the full extent, a discipline is required, the 5S system provides insight into future and lead to growth.

Most of our products parts and production are made in Japan. We control very stricly our source and requiring from providers to comply to the same environmental standards as we do. By producing in Japan, while guaranteeing the best quality, we also committed for local economy and society and that is priceless.
