

FKK developed a new generation multipower LED array line develop ping 130 lumens/ Watt, 9886 lumens at 82 W for 5000 kelvin. Of course these chips are high CRI and guarantee 80 to 99 Ra for perfect color rendering.
The heat source size disparity creates an added thermal resistance, called spreading resistance, which is usually in the same order of magnitude as the heat sink thermal resistance.
The new platform in aluminum and rare earth materials reduces heat density by many folds by transforming high heat flux LED array to a larger surface area base for better contact with external heat sink.
FKK's new substrate has a low thermal resistance sub-mount to mitigate any CTE mismatches between the silicon and the aluminium surface.
This new generation of powerful LED is perfect for spotlight or down-light for commercial spaces With single light-emitting component, LED Array prevent multiple shadows from occurring, and achieved a very attractive silhouette and uniform ray-light.
Conventional LED products have small LEDs built into the fixture like spot light, in order to produce a certain amount of light. But in that case, light is emitted from each LED, causing multiple shadows. Also, if the light is placed near a wall, the silhouette is unattractive, and retailer display designer have pointed out that these are disadvantages, even compared with conventional lamps. But now, by bringing all the small LED together, we've prevented multiple shadows from occurring, and achieved a very attractive silhouette.
In addition to those features, we're researching how LED array lighting can create much better skin tones and make things look really attractive by improving color rendering guaranteeing 80 to 99 Ra.
